All policies are retroactive.
Payment Options:
Positively Posh accepts funded and credit card Paypal, as well as e-checks. Payment is expected within 2 hours. If you need an extension please contact us. If the item is not purchased within that time it will be restocked.
Stalking Policies:
In order to keep stalking a positively pleasant experience for all involved a few guidelines must be set.
If you are purchasing an item for another customer please choose one of the following options:
Forward the invoice to intended customer.
Instruct the intended customer to send payment to info@positively-posh.com with their shipping charges included. Shipping charges can be found on the cart.
Notify me of the intended customers name to ensure the product makes its way to the correct home.
In the event of an item being oversold, the product will go to the customer with the earliest purchase all other payments will be refunded.
Please only stalk for people you are certain will pay.
Shipping:
In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment to verified Paypal addresses only. Customers using unverified addresses will be refunded and the item will be restocked.
If you are purchasing the item for another person you may forward them the invoice so that they may pay.
Items 13oz and less will be shipped via First Class Mail unless specified by the customer.
Positively Posh is not responsible for uninsured packages, and items damaged by the United States Postal Service. Purchasing and requesting insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Insurance will protect you in the event of a lost or damaged package.
Delivery Confirmation is included in all domestic packages. Positively Posh adheres to the status shown by delivery confirmation number.
Packages are only shipped to the Paypal Address on the purchasing account. If you need the package shipped to another address, please change the shipping address prior to purchasing the item.
Additional shipping will be charged as needed.
All packages are personally hand delivered to the Post Office.
Positively Posh is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
International Shipping:
International shipping is charged through the cart. If the cost of shipping is significantly more than what is charged through the cart an additional invoice will be sent. International packages will be shipped within 3 business days as well. If you would like to purchase insurance, or utilize a shipping agency that would allow tracking, please let me know. Positively Posh not responsible for international packages that are lost or stolen.
Communication:
Please feel free to contact me at any time concerning your order via email at: info@positively-posh.com. I answer emails Monday through Friday throughout the day. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours during the week please send me another email. Please note, I do not answer business related Private Messages or emails on the weekdays, or holidays. Sometimes emails do not make it through the filters. If you do not hear from me within 48 hours (and it is not a weekend) please contact me using the form available on the Hyenacart page.
In the event of a family emergency a message will be posted on the blog. In the event of a death in the family email will not be answered until at least 3 days after the funeral.
Positively Posh reserves the right to blacklist or block customers from the store as well as the email account based on feedback and experience.
Returns and Exchanges:
Your pleasure is our goal here at Positively Posh. If upon the arrival of your items you find a defect or flaw, please contact Positively Posh immediately I will work with you to find a fair solution. All warranties are voided with improper care or misuse of the item.
If a flaw is found in the construction of the item in stock items maybe returned for store credit within 10 business days. The store credit amount will be less the amount of shipping. I can only accept items that are unwashed and unused. Due to the unique qualities of each custom order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom made products.
We do not refund for size or color issues. Monitors may depict colors differently than they actually appear. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
Items that have been offered as testers or as seconds will not be accepted for return and are not covered under warranty.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders will be taken at the discretion of Positively Posh. The turn around time for custom orders is 3-6 weeks. Rush orders are available upon request but will be charged a $25 fee. Updates are available primarily through the Positively Posh blog. Please also be aware that many times I will be working on custom orders and in stock items concurrently.
Full payment is required for all orders to begin.
Custom orders are nonrefundable.
Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. I am always here for advice and tips and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to help in any way that I can.
When choosing a tee shirt size I have found that the toddler sizes from my wholesaler run very small in the long sleeved sizes. Based on feedback from customers if you are ordering a custom sized tee for your toddler please size up one size. In the long sleeved version the 2T sized shirt is cut smaller than the 18-24 month lap tee size. Customers often recommend sizing up to the 4T when in need of a 2T long sleeve top.
Custom orders must be finalized within 7 calendar days. If your order has not been finalized within this timeframe you may request a
7 day extension. Orders not finalized within 14 calendar days will be dropped. Please note during this time finalized orders in the queue will take priority.
