….but the batteries DIED after the 1st pic….lol. Just my luck.
So my serger died a slow and agonizing death last week. So I was running around trying to fix it Fri, and Sat. Finally I gave in and upgraded earlier today. Now I am back in action. I have been unable to answer emails at my usual rate since I have been out of the house. I have answered most tonight, however, I am still thinking about a few and will reply tomorrow.
The bad news, things were/are delayed yet again.
The good news, my roommate from college will be coming to assist this weekend. She will be helping me get up to speed. Friendship is such a beautiful thing.
More good news, more orders will be shipped tomorrow. I will update those order numbers late tomorrow.
Please note that my turn around time is now 4-6 weeks. I will try to whittle it down. But I have to state those numbers to build in a buffer for “life” to happen.
I understand everyone’s frustration completely. And please believe I am more frustrated with
this delay that you can ever possibly imagine. I would love nothing more than to have had these orders out long ago.
You can rest assured that I am working as fast as I can (without burning myself out again) and will ship the orders as fast as humanely possible.
This is my occupation. I do not take it lightly. I put my heart and soul into this. I treat each and every customer as I would like to be treated and give the best customer service I can possibly give. I feel as though this is evident.
There is nothing more I can say or do.
Dr. Caroselli would be so proud. Its implanted in my subconscious visual memory.

I made this for Kim at Western Sky Knits the week before Christmas and I am just now having a chance to upload and post the pic. Its my new love.
