I am taking this time to send out the tester questions. Hopefully everyone will have had a chance to use the items. For those who are waiting on their little one to arrive, please reply to the questions which you can such as the questions concerning customer service etc.

I come from a visual arts background so the questions will come from my experience with critiquing art. As well as my experience with being a customer and new mother.

1. What was your initial reaction when seeing the product? Satistfaction? Disappointment? Why?

2. How does the product fit?

3. (Where applicable) What was your child’s reaction to the product? Was it comfortable for them to wear? Did the express interest in the design?

4. What is you opinion of the construction of the product? What would you improve and why?

5a. Would you purchase this product again? Why or why not?

5b. If not, What would have to change for you to purchase something again?

6. What was your customer service experience? What ways could I improve my service to you the customer?

7. Is there anything that I can do to improve the product?

8. What do you feel is a fair price for the product?

I just want to take the time and thank everyone for assisting me in the testing process. I really appreciate everyone’s input!

Sincerely,

How To Prepare Your Posh Prefolds and Flats For Use

You can prep your Posh Prefolds and Flats very easily!

1. Wash your Posh Prefold on hot with the detergent you use to wash your diapers.

2. Dry your Posh Prefold on hot.

After preparing your prefolds with  one hot wash and hot dry cycle. Please wash on warm or cold, and dry on medium or low heat. Thank you.

**Please Note**

In my experience with use the Posh Prefolds, the fabric becomes more absorbent after the first few washes. The fabric contains organic cotton which have natural oils that are washed out gradually.
Place on your child!

Need help choosing a detergent? See the link below:

I personally use either Arm and Hammer for Sensitive Skin or Purex Free and Clear.

About Your Posh Prefolds!

You should be receiving your Posh Prefolds any day now if you haven’t received them already! Here is a little bit about your new addition to your stash!

1. Each of you have received 3 Posh Prefolds (unless you are testing the preemie sized prefold). One is what I call a Prefold “shell”. This one has no sewn in doublers. If you are able please use this with doublers that you already have on hand. I would like to see if there might be interest in the Prefold shells. They would be more cost effective for consumers. So you have 3 types of prefolds:

1. Posh Prefold “Shell”

2. Regular Posh Prefold with one sewn in doubler.

3. Premium Posh Prefold with 2 sewn in doublers.

***Your doublers may or may not be atattched at both ends. I am testing to see which type has the best response.

2. The doublers are made of bamboo fleece as well as bamboo velour. The Regular Posh Prefold has one layer of bamboo fleece and one layer of the velour which is next to your child’s skin. The Premium Posh Prefold has one doubler with 2 layers of the bamboo fleece, and one doubler with a layer of bamboo fleece and a layer of Bamboo velour. The top doubler will always have the bamboo velour as its top layer.

3. The prefolds have NOT been prepped. I have found that my daughter’s prefolds will become more absorbent with the first few washes. To prepare your prefold for use follow the directions under this tab:

Gabrielle was helping me blog while I updated the blog this morning. She was “typing” too! :)

Update Weds. Oct. 10th

So I was able to sneak to the fabric store yesterday and purchase the fabrics for order #1019. I will be able to continue with that order today.

This weekend was a weekend of surprises! My parents decided to stop by after dropping my youngest sister off with my other sister who is still in college. It was little siblings weekend or something similar. It was a nice unexpected visit! On Monday I unexpectedly “watched” my husbands Great Grandmother. She came over to help with laundry. (If she isn’t helping, she worries that she is in the way. She is an amazing woman, she is 98 years young!) I was able to snap a picture of her with Gabrielle. It is priceless. She posed for the camera.

I actually asked her about prefolds and she said, “Oh we didn’t have the nice diapers like these! You know that! You have such nice things now for babies.” So I figured she must have used flats. So I ran and found my birdseye flat. She said, “Yes, that is what we used.” I was trying to have her show me how she folded them, but she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She has a very hard time hearing. I had asked her about wool, but she also couldn’t understand what I was trying to ask her. But it was an awesome experience!

Here are images of the latest work that was shipped. The little preemie pumpkin prefolds make my heart absolutely melt!
