I just noticed…

1. My math is off in the counting of the number of soakers etc….lol.

I guess that is what I get for skipping math class in college with Mer instead of plugging away.

2. My timestamp is off, when I posted last night it put the wrong date. I will try to fix that soon.

AND…

I have to go to the store to pick up supplies and the P.O. to drop off the orders and learn how to ship to Canada! So that will cut my production time down for today.

I apologize.

Thank you for bearing with me! I am learning so much from all of you. I promise I will have the whole process streamlined soon.

Update!

I go in the order I received the orders as much as I can. However each customer sends me the data I need at different speeds.

I work in an “assembly line” fashion, cutting all the fabric at once, sewing the applique’ at the same time, serging the edges at the same time, etc. So if we are in the middle of an email conversation it is easy for your order to fall back in that assembly line. Once I have the completed order for the customers, I am able to add the order in the “assembly line”.

So please do not get upset that the items are shipping our of order. If you have a question or concern please email me. I will be more than happy to assist you with any concerns that may arise.

Process–Process has been updated (a teeny bit) as well

1. design/cut applique

2. cut velour/fleece

3. assemble and adhere applique to front panel

4. sew applique

5. assemble prefold

6. package and ship item!!

7. receive fluffy mail!
